Overall, we're really like the location and the hotel. It's convenient to the many areas that we travel North, south east and west, there. We've stayed there many times and really like everything. The only thing that's got me caught off guard recently is the carpets are very dirty and way past due being clean. I hope it's something that they can do in the near future or we may look go somewhere else. But they're always our first choice. When visiting that area.

I have learned my lesson when traveling and booked my room in advance. Check in was easy and staff friendly. Overnight stay was quiet and uneventful. Rooms have been updated. Check out was OK. Naturally, the printer didn't work and I was advised that they would forward a email receipt which they never did. Staff was not friendly upon checkout. Otherwise the stay was acceptable.
