The staff wanted to charge me an extra $50 because I was checking in 45 minutes over. They didn’t honor that I was a Hilton Honors member and said it was because I booked through Expedia! I was also charged extra for bringing my dog ( which I didn’t see on the notes online when I booked.) they made the biggest deal about having my dog! I will never stay here again.
