Good staff, hotel owners need to reinvest.

Hotel staff were kind and tried hard to be helpful. Really good staff. The issue is that the physical property is really used, and tired. It needs a MAJOR facelift. 1 elevator is broken, ice machines on multiple floors are out. Lights are out all over the hotel, bulbs open/exposed. Fire alarm going off in our room at 1am because of dead battery. Carpets are dirty, and in need of cleaning. Paint is peeling everywhere when you look. Really nice staff, but there is no excuse for a property to be this shaby.

Motorcycle weekend was great!

The front desk staff was very accommodating and helped solve an issue we had quickly. Friendly and informative place with a good breakfast available included. Excellent location for Barber Motor Speedway visits. Quick access to downtown Birmingham as well. Felt very safe in the area.

We decided to stay here because it was close to Barbers Motorsports museum. There is a bass pro shop, small outlet mall, and Buc-ee’s right around the corner. No regrets awesome place to stay.
