No feather pillows" despite being advertised

Saw the sign in the room "ask for feather pillows at reception" and when I asked for them I was told there were none. Why advertise it if they're not available??? The soft and hard pillows was very uncomfortable the lady on reception Saturday night was very unprofessional and rude

Disappointing - hotel room was so warm, had the aircon on but me and my partner were still uncomfortable warm all night, not able to open windows. Bed uncomfortable. Room not very clean. Breakfast included however very overcrowded and not all items available.

Good for business trip

Parking is difficult to find, you need to park in B4 car park, which needs 5-10 mins walk and the hotel will give you a discount for parking, but the price is still quite pricey. The pipe of air conditioning keeps running, sometimes is quite noisy

Worth a short stay

Check-in receptionist didn’t take much interest in me until I queried why she hadn’t asked my preference for the floor as she had asked the customer in front of me. Only then did she want to make a fuss offer which I declined. Other than her everyone else was friendly, respectful and polite. My room was clean, bed comfortable and the only ‘but’ was the shower door not closing properly. Overall, it was worth a short stay.
