We had ants in the kitchen area of our hotel room. When we let the front desk know about the ants, a worker came and sprayed bug spray that we smelled throughout the night, triggering my asthma. There were no other available rooms. The hotel was sold out due to it being Magic City Classic weekend. We made sure to not keep any food in the room. The next morning there were more ants in the bathroom and still lingering in the kitchen area. The manager Cortney let me know he would credit me with Hilton Honor points due to the inconvenience. It’s three weeks later and no points have been added to my account. I called and left messages with Cortney and have been ignored.

Very nice new clean facilities. High ceiling room was huge. GPS directed to wrong location. Needs to be ‘addressed’. Especially for.guests arriving after midnight Breakfast could use some fresh eggs potatoes sausage etc.
