This place doesn’t exist as a hotel anymore we got there and instantly got turned away with no where to stay no refudn and not a care in the world from them ! Not one of them cared it was a joke we had no where to stay and struggled finding something and when we did we ended up paying a hell of a lot!!!!

Arrived at the property, having tried to contact owner for access code, with no answer. On arrival it was found to be a residential property! COMPLETE SCAM!!!! Which left us having to find other accommodation with parking. Completely messed up our plans.

SCAM ALERT!!!!!!! I spent 1 hour knocking on the door, ringing the ring door bell, and phoning the number connected with the place. I was told this is the wrong phone number (it was on Expedia). I contacted them through the messaging service on Expedia, no reply. Absolute SCAM, and I’m looking into getting my money back

When we go there we were told that it was no longer an Air B&B but a private house so we couldn't stay, despite the fact id received confirmation of booking and an email on the day of our stay, giving us details of the booking

Arrived at the property just before check in time to find the property had been rented out. The guy living there checked my booking details and told us they had other people turning up thinking they had a room for the night. Ruined our plans.. we couldn't find anywhere else to stay and had trouble finding somewhere to park the car - due to the concert happening at Villa Park..

DO NOT BOOK SCAM

Arrived at the property just before check in time to find other people had also booked and that the property was being rented out. The person living in the property told us that people had been turning up for a few days thinking they had booked a room. They also told us that the property had been let for several weeks now and was no longer a hotel. This completely ruined our plans as we had no where to stay and couldn’t find anywhere else last minute.

Arrived at property and the room was not available due to over booking despite have a conformation of booking. Hotels.com are completely usless as trying to get a refund and no customer service to speek to about it, apart from an automated respone which was more than usless. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS WESITE.
