Staff were friendly and welcoming. The parking was great. £15 for overnight wich was convenient as they had a lift from the foyer of the hotel to the car park. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable and the shower was outstanding. The hotel was an easy 10 min walk to the local 'spoons, and a 10 min walk back from the Alexandra Theatre. I'd definitely recommend it.

Staff are friendly and super efficient. The lift made an horrendous noise when moving. Air con/heating unit in the room made a huge bang noise at regular intervals even through the night. Rooms need some serious TLC.

Breakfast was lovely just a shame there wasnt fried eggs but saying that scrambled eggs were lovely, banging sausage and bacon, room was excellent massive comfy bed only down fall the toilet roll was poo (pardon the pun) literally the bathroom door blew my mind, will definitely stay here again
