Excellent hotel for shows and events at NEC/Pulse arena. The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment but doesn’t really affect stay except breakfast/bar area a little crowded. Rooms are probably best i’ve stayed in at that price range - only quibble TV was rubbish need to sort aerial, but fab stay will use again for next night out.

The breakfast was good and staff friendly. The only issue was the temperature in the room as the ac unit could not be turned up so very warm even with the curtains closed so had the window open which meant it was noisey
