Early check-in's are dependent on bookings the night before and our housekeeping schedule and is subject to a £20 charge and must be agreed in advance.
Late check-out beyond 11:00 AM is subject to a £20 charge and must be agreed in advance.
Stays Over 7 Nights -
Stays over 7 nights require additional housekeeping for a £60 extra fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 7 nights.
Bed Configuration -
The bedroom can be configured as one super king bed or two single beds. Please let us know your preference before arrival and we will have it ready for you.

Self Check-In -
Your unique lockbox code and full arrival instructions will be sent 24 hours before check-in. No waiting around, no key collection - just arrive and walk straight in but please note that the security checks must be verified first.
All guests are required to verify their identity, sign a short rental agreement and provide a security deposit.
You will receive a link to complete this shortly after booking, it takes less than 5 minutes. Your check-in details and lockbox code will only be sent once verification is confirmed.
