Staff were efficient, nice style and layout in the hotel. The young lady who served us at dinner was efficient and very professional, I feel she would be capable and would relish more responsibilty and opportunities. We both wish her well. The room was well equipped, TV was welcome. The shower whilst warm, we both felt uncomfortable and unsafe on the floor of the shower, from previous medical career, I would drawn attention to this from a health and safety aspect. Overall , a good place to stay and prepare for an important meeting,Many Thanks and the best of luck with your ventures.

Overall the hotel was amazing, the staff were polite and parking was very convenient. The only issue I had was in the room when I arrived there were some previous stains from food/drink in the carpet and on the curtains

Good fast check in, with a smile. Breakfast bacon etc was cold. Mentioned it they took it away re heated it and put the same back out. Coffee is 0-10 , tasted like the river water. Clean restaurant, good staff. Good location, a lot of uber eats places etc local. Overall a decent stay would come back

We were told on arrival we couldn't use the pool or gym with my 17 year old son even though it was empty shower was terrible, poor water pressure and the temp was very hot no matter how much I tried to change it The toilet role holder was on upside down so the toilet roll wouldnt stay on Staff were less than helpful. would not recommend to anyone!

The room was comfortable and clean.. Nice shower and bathroom TV channels a bit confusing, but good TV. The food was stunning.... Fabulous Indian and Lebanese food on offer, plus usual burgers, steaks etc.. Very impressed by the food... With good, friendly estaurant service

All the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. It was perfect for our needs. The room was presented very well and was very comfortable; lovely shower. Breakfast was good but had we been more prompt the servery would have been more fresh. The dining staff lady was very helpful. We had a perfect, albeit brief, stay.
