The place was lovely and clean and all staff was friendly. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Only thing was the bed was uncomfortable had a dip in the middle of the bed where two singles pushed together one was higher than the other did not have a good nights sleep.

We had a lovely time staying at the Park Hall Hotel and Spa in Wolverhampton recently. The rooms were immaculate and had all the necessities required including tea, coffee and biscuits. The staff were super helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our stay. Brandon and the rest of the team were attentive and approachable. The parking facilities are also great. Highly recommend Park Hall hotel if you’re ever visiting in our around Wolverhampton area. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

My initial room had a damp carpet. I was then given a room one floor above and the shower had a blocked drain so water was draining very slowly and would have flooded the bathroom gad i not stopped halfway through my shower to give it some time to drain! The shower head needed to be propped up against the wall to stay in the holder and shower controls barely turned to change water temperature. The hallways smelt of damp/drains.. Not would i would have expected!
