The mattress was so old you could feel the springs under you, the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. The carpet was filthy and very stained, tv remote was filthy and had no batteries. Appalling

Very nice friendly staff. The hotel is too noisy and sound travels easily. The hotel seems to attract noisy travellers who stay up late and make a noise. It is conveniently located for the football ground and city centre.

Clean and warm

Great price, next to Wolves stadium and city centre. Reception nice and friendly and efficent. Room large, clean and warm. Comfortable bed. Good nights sleep.

Basic accommodation with a good location for transport links and to local amenities. Hotel could do with some upgrades and some TLC. Door handles were broken on internal doors around the hotel. Some fixtures and fittings in need of upgrade or repair, as well as some lights in the room. Hotel seemed secure, although issue with room keys being reset on a daily basis caused inconvenience, having to get them reprogrammed. Staff pleasant, despite having issues with being checked in incorrectly. Lift sounded and felt like it could break down at any minute. Car parking not adequate for the size of the hotel. More spaces required, as limited parking in the local area, especially if paying for parking and there not being enough room to park on site, on the busier days. Overall it was adequate for what was needed, however some improvements are required.

Nothing to say really.its very noisy as it's near a main road but then you got bin lorrys emptying bins at,5.30 in the morning
