Getting Around:
All main attractions are within walking distance! Parking is FREE and available at the side of the building. Street parking is also available around the building. Central Station is a 4 min walk to access buses to get around the city.

Other Things to Note:
• This apartment is centrally located in downtown Birmingham, providing convenient access to shopping, dining, sports, and entertainment. Please be aware that street and traffic noise is typical in this vibrant downtown area.

• We have a strict ZERO-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. Any violation may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

• For your safety and community respect, a noise monitoring device (measuring dB levels only, no audio recording) is installed in the unit. Security cameras are located in hallways for added protection. Tampering with any devices will result in a fee.

• In the case of repeated rule violations, we reserve the right to involve local law enforcement. Any related costs or damages will be the guest’s responsibility.

• Pets are allowed with prior approval and are subject to an additional fee. Please notify us in advance to avoid reservation cancellation.

• Pet Fees:
1-7 Nights: $25/night
8-29 Nights: $200/stay
30+ Nights: $300/month

• Breed Restrictions: American Staffordshire Terriers (Pit Bulls), Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Siberian Huskies, Akitas, Chow Chows, Dobermans, Rottweilers, and Wolf Hybrids are not allowed. Only cats and dogs permitted (1 pet maximum). Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee.
