Great hotel in the heart of Birmingham. We parked our car with the valet and had no trouble walking everywhere we wanted to visit. Room was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again!

We ran into a few issues however the Kelly Staff were very accommodating, empathizing and friendly. The location is awesome and not too far from anything. We would absolutely give them another shot Next time we are in Birmingham!

The property was close to the event we were going to, and some of the staff was great. But upon arrival around 430 our room was not ready, even though it was well after checkin and we had booked weeks prior. We had to sit in the lobby for about an hour for our room. This left little time to get in the room and dressed for our event.
