The most important highlight? A dedicated parking pass for added convenience and security in the city. The building features a parking deck that can accommodate multiple vehicles, but each unit is provided with only one parking pass. If you have more than one vehicle, you’ll need to coordinate use of the single pass among them. Please also note that the parking deck has a 8ft and 2 inches clearance , so ensure your vehicle fits comfortably.

Kind reminder: Sofa beds are here if you need them! Just a quick note – we don’t provide extra linen or pillows for these, so feel free to pack a set if you’ll be using them.

IMPORTANT: There will be a $350 safety deposit hold on your card. This is not a charge but a hold. It will be released after your check-out, provided there are no damages to the property or no house rules was broken (smoking/partying etc). This is to protect our home from guest that has bad intentions of partying and/or conducting illegal activity.
