Spacious 1-bedroom located in central Bismarck, close to both hospitals and next to 16th Street Park. This 2nd-story apartment is located above The Fringe 17.' Boutique and Salon. The Kirkwood Mall is just a few minutes' drive south. A pullout couch makes this unit easily sleep 4. There is a balcony with furniture, so you can have your morning coffee and listen to the birds (backyard tree view).

Amenities include a 65" inch Roku TV with Dish Network cable, Netflix, Hulu, and other apps. The fully functional kitchen includes a keurig with pods or a full size coffee pot if that is your preference. The TV sits above an electric fireplace that can make it warm and cozy on winter nights. Furnishings include a sofa sleeper that can pull out to a full-size bed, a love seat, and a reclining accent chair, which complete the living area. A full dining and cookware set is available for your use. A queen-size bed with medium firmness is located in the bedroom. The bedroom also has a 32-inch smart TV. It is a nice, fully furnished apartment.
The space is much like an extended-stay hotel, but at a fraction of the cost! Everything you need to cook and serve a meal with a dining area for 4.

Trash bins are under the tree line behind the building on the west side. Green trash bin next to side porch is for RECYCLE items only.
Pods are available to start the laundry and this helps us keep our cleaning fees low and our space affordable. If you can start the towels and bedsheets on your way out we are grateful.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Do not throw garbage in GREEN recycle bin near side door. There are BLACK cans near the tree line and next to the green bin for this.

Nicely appointed. Lisa was very helpful when we moved in helping these 2 old people carry bags up the stairs. She also helped us with the multiple TV temotes. Nice Little Getaway in the City

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. We had a full kitchen at our disposal. So we were able to cook, and make coffee at our leisure. Parking was ample and we were close to a park to walk to. Just a little gem hidden away.
