Charming a spacious 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom Home in Black Mountain. Walkable to downtown and Lake Tomahawk and 13 miles to downtown Asheville!
Available for weekly rental or monthly rental only.
Experience charming downtown Black Mountain, a three minute drive, with award winning restaurants, breweries, and art galleries. In close proximity to the surrounding mountains, including walking, hiking (10 min drive to Montreat), biking trails, lakes, and the local golf course.
Minutes from downtown Asheville, home to over 30 world renowned breweries (Funkatorium, High Wire, Burial to name a few) and wonderful eateries (Curate, Grove Park Inn, White Duck Tacos, 12 Bones BBQ).
It is important to us that you have all of the comforts of home during your stay.
There are fully stocked living spaces and kitchen, take advantage if you choose to cook while you are here. The home includes well stocked cooking items/utensils for all your cooking needs. Enjoy a spacious living room with ample sunlight and a gorgeous mountain view.
A coffee bar equipped with a drip 12 cup coffee maker and a grinder, we also provide complimentary local coffee for your stay.
Upstairs includes three bedrooms, Two of the rooms have queen sized beds and the third bedroom has a Double bed. These bedrooms are equipped with bedding, bedside lamps and bedside tables. There is a half bath downstairs and two full bathrooms upstairs.
In unit laundry is available with a washer and dryer (including detergent and the laundry essentials).
Enjoy the back porch area with outdoor seating and an outdoor dining area. We have a propane grill and wood burning firepit. Perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather and mountain view!
