The hotel advertised a range of amenities including a spa, gym, restaurants etc...none of that was available...The hotel operates like a second rate bed and breakfast. There was hardly any staff around and the breakfast the same every day was tasteless.

Overall stay was good, I would definitely stay again. Nice facilities, easy access to the beach. The only major issue I had was wifi connection and the tv didn’t work during my stay I guess because of the wifi as well. The property seemed a little understaffed, but I didn’t mind much because the staff that was present was friendly and did their best to help.

Very upset with both Hotels.com and this resort that charged my credit card I was promised a refund and it has not been granted As we arrived our room front door looked like it was kicked in, not hotel security onsite as promised, lockbox battery was off, a double door to another room was unlocked, no Wi-Fi available, and unfriendly staff

Horrible experience

We checked in and went to the room. The room had a sewer smell that was very horrible. went to the front desk to bring it to their attention. the manager escorted me back to the room to smell for himself.keep in mind that he walked with an air freshner spray. I was told that the bathroom ceiling was just painted and that cold be the reason. I told him that whatever it is I dont care, i need another room. I was told well you sat on the Bed and you wash the glass and drank from the glass in the room and am going to have to get house keeping to come back and clean your mess. Can you imagine the nerve of this guy.... The hotel is horrible, old and rundown. Please dont go there.

I Love the daily room service, the room view of the beach and ambiance is amazing. Room Service was efficient and polite. There were not internet/Wi-Fi available in the rooms. The breakfast some days were not tasty. The extractor fan in the bathroom was not working.

Great service. Very comfy beds. Lovely views. Rooms and hotel as a whole are very dated but clean. The pool was being renovated so we had to use the pool at their sister hotel Grafton Beach Resort, which had pretty dated surroundings as well. The breakfast was fantastic!!!! The drinks were great!

We were disappointed when we arrived, as the hotel does need updating, which they just started to do. However we chatted with the staff and they were very helpful and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a lovely holiday. It was nice and peaceful, amazing scenery of the beach and sea. Although no choice of restaurant as only one was open during our visit the food was plentiful and delicious. The drinks were of great quality too and the bar staff ensured we had enough. Overall we had a fantastic time. We would say don’t judge the hotel on first impressions.
