Absolutely lovely, will definitely be returning, habe to admit had read some mixed reviews but shouldnt always believe what you read! The bed was massive and so comfortable thank you for the stay we will see you soon

Worst sleep ever

Me and my partner had the worst sleep ever our backs are ruined from the worst mattress we have ever slept on. First night in the bar area with a drunken woman trying to argue with everyone then woken up in the night to screaming. Second night woken up at 2am to a couple screaming outside our door because she had been cheating. Then we come down in the morning to the front door all smashed in. Will never stay here again. Positive note breakfast was good but pricy.

Nice hotel with great breakfast. No housekeeping unless requested which I liked as it is much more environmentally friendly. Charge for use of Leisure facilities disappointing as should be free for guests.

The rooms were ok but the outside of the property was really bad with overturned bins and rubbish everywhere. Main doors at the front and rear of the property werre not working so even getting in and out was an issue. Staff were disinterested and gave mis information about the pool. The pool shut at 5pm and opened at 9 which made it really difficult for us to use. Breakfast was poor quality ingredients that were over cooked. Very disappointed

Hotel was really pleasant for the price. Breakfast was nice but not many children choices. Bar prices were reasonable and the pool was lovely. Only let down was the window in the bedroom wouldn't open and it was also really dirty. Overall really pleasant

On arrival to check in waiting over 20mins to see someone, our 'clean' room had previous dirty underwear down sides of drawers and at back of mattress disgusting... my 'clean' towels one had ear wax and some other stain on and such an inconvenience that for one day had no water i was there for rest bite from treatment i also booked a double room not for 2 single beds to be pushed together that separate in the night and i have come away feeling worse good price needs updating and cleanliness brought up to standards

We arrived on time and we was allocated room 316, soon as we went in inknew steight away i wasnt staying the room, carpets was black and it had a gorrid smell of spoke. Sooke with reception and they changed the room to 337 further down the corridor and this was acceptable. The bed was comfy and it was very warm at night. The staff was brilliant always on hand to help. Breakfast was ac5not to bad and a good variety on. Overall its very outdated the rooms but the reception and communal areas wasnt to bad, pool l and the steam room was a nice added bonus before checking out. I would not stay ere again for the money i paid.
