Its OK - you get what you pay for

The hotel is worn out, the bed squeaked a bit. everything looked a bit old. Its £2 per day to use the swimming pool area and the paint is peeling a bit on the sauna. £1 coin needed for the locker (although its a cashless hotel). The staff are really nice, you can tell they are struggling a bit, but they do their best. Shout out to the lad in the bar on the Saturday night that was doing at least three people's job

The front door was broken, the back door was broken, and both entrances were really dirty. Also no air conditioning in the room, which should be standard these days really. The beds were comfortable though and the room was nice enough. Receptionist was grumpy and seemed like she didn’t want to be there.

Don’t waste your money

Disorganised, dirty, staff couldn’t be bothered with issues, pool food and gym times kept changing so lots of missed opportunities to eat or use facilities. Operations Manager did not get back to my complaint as promised. Offering out refunds to people if your face fitted or was the right colour!

Outside looks so dated and dirty looking , entrance doors were broken ,even disabled access door !! There was damage to structure inside also and really drafty on level 7 ! 50min wait to check in , only one person on desk - however he was very apologetic and polite No availability for the pool ! As we waited so long and was not told you needed to book in advance Mattresses on foldout bed were flimsy and you could feel springs , us as a family of 3 had to share 2 single beds as they were not fit for purpose Tea menu was not worth £15 🙈I wish we had eaten out Was very loud and noisy during the night and our sleep quality was poor Was not worth £94 , we were offered free breakfast for the inconvenience however it was to late and we had already eaten , we should have been offered a refund for the poor quality accommodation

Not so good, the booking was easy , it was clean but very old hotel, nothing to complain about the staff services. Good family pool time, warm and we enjoyed Just bed was uncomfortable, poor mattress and kids running at the corridor until late and slamming doors late night to noisy and no one was around Don’t eat at hotel, find other places
