It looks fancy when you walk you walk in but once you get to the rooms you feel completely deceived. I stayed here with my son who has additional needs and it was completely unacceptable. The lights didn’t work and despite reception saying someone would come to fix it nobody showed up, my son needs constant supervision and is terrified of the dark, the bathroom was pitch black without the lights, we ended up having to use our phone torch until I located the fuse box myself and fixed it. The toilet wouldn’t flush again nobody cared when I told them, you can hear absolutely everything from the hallway and rooms around you and to top it all off on our last night we found bed bugs in the bed resulting in my son having a meltdown and refusing to sleep, we’re home now shattered, itchy and traumatised. I’ve contacted the hotel for a refund and they’ve completely ignored me. Oh and their vending machine ate my sons change and all they did was stick an out of order sticker on it the next day after we waited over an hour for someone to come help us before giving up.
Absolutely devastated.
