We enjoyed a wonderful weekend staying with Joanne at the New Kent we felt very well looked after by the lovely host . The New Kent is situated in a nice quiet area on the north shore but only 100m from the prom and a tram stop . I hope we will be staying again soon.

Second time we stayed here. Very handy for team with plenty of on street parking. Quiet at night. Hotvery friendly and breakfast was brilluant

@ very good value for the price paid. Excellent breakfast, room basic but vey clean, bed comfortable. Will definatly return

really lovely people thank you

Pros: eEverything
Cons: Nothing
Location: We just love the coast
We have stayed here twice now and loved each stay this is how a moderately sized hotel should be run and the breakfast again was lovely again thank you and we will be back soon
