Our stay at the president was satisfactory it had a comfortable bed and a lift the man that greeted us at breakfast was such a lovley friendly man and the breakfasts were amazing 👏

The hotel was generally good overall. My room was basic but the decor was dated especially in the bathroom. As it was only a overnight stay. It served it purpose. The bonus was a breakfast included. Which was tasty and good choice on offer. The dining room was pleasantly decorated and the staff were helpful and polite.

I was really disappointed with my stay. I didn’t sleep well cause of the condition of the bed. Most of the staff were unhelpful. The meals were below average. I can honestly say that it was the worst place that I have ever stayed in so I would never return there again. I think that my partner and I were considerably overcharged

Room wasn't very clean. No toilet roll to replace tiny bit that was on. Heating didn't work so room was cold. Rang reception about it to be told there was nothing they could do. Sharp edges on edges of mirror where they was broke. Room numbers weren't very well shown as to where they were. Overall cleanliness of room was like it hadn't been cleaned in for ever how long.

You get what you pay for! Place needs a good clean, staff need more training in customer service, things need replacing IE the pool table has no balls but still took my money! And the breakfast and cheap instant coffee need looking at to! All in all its a s@#t hole!

hotel was very clean. Staff very friendly & helpful, Was quite blustery when we stayed as room looking out to the beach & the wind was very cold blowing thru the double glazing window as seals had gone. Luckily I managed to wrap a small towel with my own small hanger over the gap to lessen the cold air blowing thru at nite which made the room very chilly.

Very nice staff and room, got it at a discounted price last minute so I didnt expect much but it far seeded my expectations. Nothing extravagent or flashy, just the basic neceseties in a room and served its purpose.

Room was dirty and thick dust everywhere curtains hanging off. Bedding was dirty and stained .toilet seat hanging off shower didn’t work and bathroom smelt of mould. Also unexpected fees on arrival. Stayed 3nights and was charged £75 to park car and for the dog.

Why its called the president i dont know why. Its a dump. Welcome none. Treated me like a criminal. Charges for a small puppy £15 a night but u dont get no treats for dogs. That changes with each person the charge of the dog. Rooms seen better rooms in a police station. Shower have to dance around to get water on u. Freezing rooms. Dip in bed. Wouldnt recommend my worsed enemy there. How its got 3 stars i dont know there have a young guy who attitude needs to be seriously looked out. . Over charged throughout. Can you give a mlnus 10. Waste of money.. attitude of all staff is alot to be desired. Racial overtones
