Centrally located at Jacobs Landing in beautiful Birch Bay is this fully remodeled 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condo. A spectacular view of the water awaits you from this immaculate condo. Newly remodeled you will find high end appliances, a full size wash and dryer, new cabinets and countertops with lots of space to prepare a light snack of a full meal, and lots more special features the Owner i included. This is an upper level condo and once on the main floor you will find a nice size bedroom with a large deck to enjoy reading in the sun or sitting and visiting with friends. The main bathroom is located on this level along with the washer and dryer. The well equipped kitchen with cooking ware, dishes, glasses utensils and more. Next is the living area with a wood burning fireplace, large TV with cable and another slightly smaller deck all that offer a spectacular view. Upstairs there is a second bedroom and a half bath. This bedroom has an opening which allows you to see down into the living area and the view. While at Jacobs you can enjoy the indoor heated pool, soaking hot tub, a small lounge and kitchen area available for rental should you want to host a birthday party, ladies crafting or simply sit and enjoy. This property offers complimentary WIFI as well. No cable TV but smart TV's allow for streaming your favorite shows.

Birch Bay is a small costal town located 15 minutes from the Canadian border and 2-3 hours from Seattle. The area offers an array of fun things to do with clamming, crabbing, bike rentals, perhaps a hike or walking the tide flats looking marine life in the tidal pools. The sunsets are some of the best in the State and we still stop to watch the sunset in Birch Bay. This is the perfect property to relax, rejuvenate and enjoy.

we had a great time at this place.. the venue is great very modern and updated quite well.. the location to the beach is great for families.. literally less than a minute walk from front door to beach, just have to cross street.. restaurants close by walikng distance.. will recommend this place to all . thank you
