This house has all the amenities you need to play: Central Heating and Air Conditioning, Gameroom, patio games, relaxing canopy-covered hot tub, barrel sauna, custom firepit w/ full string light surround. This property is in a private community with access to 2 lakes, a beach, and tennis courts for all renters. The location is central to several large ski resorts and a 5-minute drive to the grocery store, Dunkin & Wawa

Please be mindful that this cabin was built in 1974 and has some age to it. There is natural wear on the floors and trim; otherwise, she's well-kept and well-loved. We hope you and your family/group enjoy yourselves in this home. This cabin is in the middle of a forest, so naturally, you may spot bugs and other critters. While most of the home is heated and cool through a central HVAC system, there are three bedrooms upstairs that are heated through their own baseboard heater in the winter and their own portable AC’s during the summers. If any issues arise during your stay, we have a full crew of handymen, cleaners, pest control, Heating system, and other specialists who can help address any issues that can naturally arise in an older home.

- We welcome pets at our property! However, to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of our space for all guests, there is an additional pet fee of $100 per pet per stay.

"Supplies: We provide a week's worth of supplies, including trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, and other necessities" Guests will have to purchase their own supplies thereafter.
