The main living area features vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, and forest views through numerous windows. A chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances and a large dining area make cooking and gathering effortless.



Upstairs, the kids’ game loft offers a racing simulator, arcade games, and a fun hangout space. Downstairs, the entertainment lounge brings everyone together with a bar, karaoke, poker and pool tables, foosball, skee-ball, and a movie theater with leather recliners.



Unwind in your indoor swim spa, outdoor hot tub, or barrel sauna, then end the day around the fire pit under the stars.



The home sleeps up to 14 guests across six spacious bedrooms with plush bedding and modern bathrooms. Guests also enjoy private seasonal lake access within Camelot Forest. Perfect for kayaking, swimming, or relaxing on the beach when the weather is warmer.

Getting Around:

The home is easily accessible by car, with a private driveway and plenty of parking. An EV charger is available for electric vehicles. Most Pocono attractions, dining, and shops are within a short drive.

HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFO



• Mountain Roads: Roads are paved but can be slick in rain/snow. 4WD/AWD strongly recommended in winter. No refunds for vehicle issues.

• Wildlife in the Poconos: You’re in nature! Do not leave food, trash, or scented items in your car. Keep doors/windows closed when not in use.

• Shower Amenities: Dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. Bring your own if you have preferences.

• Starter Supplies Provided: Includes TP, paper towels, dish/laundry pods, soap + sponge. For longer stays, you may need extras (stores nearby).

• This is a Home, Not a Hotel: We do our best to respond quickly, but there’s no on-site staff.



• Security Camera Disclosure:

For your safety and the security of the property, there are exterior security cameras monitoring both sides of the house, as well as the front door and the back deck. It records video and audio, for a total of four. Tampering with, covering, or disabling the camera is strictly prohibited and may result in early termination of your reservation without refund.

• A 3.5% Cancellation Fee will be applied to every reservation, regardless of timing. This is due to our payment processor, Stripe, charging us that fee for an transaction.



Interaction with Guests:

This house is self check-in with an electronic keypad. No need to arrive at any particular time. At 4p the code will activate for the duration of your stay
