Welcome to Les Rives du Haut Allier!

Located in the heart of the Allier valley this charming, completely renovated residence is an old winegrower's house. It features an outdoor terrace with a view of the river below and an enclosed courtyard at the back as well as a cozy open plot of land.

Located in the village Le Chambon, in the commune of Blassac ,3 minutes from Lavoûte-Chilhac. Lavoute-Chilhac obtained the Plus Beaux Villages de France label in 2022.

On the ground floor you will find an equipped kitchen open to the dining room/living room as well as a laundry area and a WC. On the 1st floor 3 bedrooms with a 160 cm bed, a 140 cm bed, two bunk beds, a bathroom with WC completes everything.

Lovers of the countryside and beautiful landscapes will adore the location being just 200 meters from the Allier River. The area will welcome you for a peaceful, relaxing, and natural vacation.

Come and discover the Haute Loire a department full of diverse and varied activities including hiking, historic sites, must-see places like Garabit Viaduct, cultural events, canoeing, fishing, mountain biking, and discovery of fauna and flora. And don’t forget to delve into and discover the history of the famous beast of Gévaudan.

You can discover the Auvergne region around the Haute Loire and its volcanic landscapes, emblematic cheeses, villages full of charm, authenticity. There is truly something for anyone.

Nous avons passé trois semaines de vacance formidables.La maison se trouve dans un environnement tranquille avec vue magnifique sur la vannée de l'Allier, sans vis-à-vis. Elle est comfortable, très propre et bien équipée: rien ne nous manquait. Les propriétaires sont acceuillants, hyper gentils, disponibles mais discrets.Nous étions également sous le charme de la région : lieux historiques, nature ( nos enfants se baignaient dans l'Allier tout proche ) - on écoutait le chant du rossignol ! - et des habitants très chaleureux; Merçi Joëlle et Alain !
