Upea, yksinäinen lodge kätkeytyneenä niitylle tien päähän ja yksityisyyteen päin - 3 makuuhuonetta plus parvi, 2 1/2 kylpyä, ilmava ja tilava! Silti runsaasti tilaa perheiden uudelleen sytyttämiseen ja romanttisiin iltoihin.

2400 neliöjalkaa lodgemme on erittäin mukava ja kodikas. Siellä on korkeat katedraalin katot, parketit ja erittäin mukava katettu suuri kuisti, joka tarjoaa oleskelun, rentoutumisen ja puron kuuntelemisen. Pääkerroksessa on olohuone, ruokailutila, keittiö ja makuuhuone pääkerroksessa, jossa on hyvin yksityinen poreallas nautinnollesi, täysi kylpyamme ja king-size-vuode.

3 askelmaa eteiseen ja siellä on kaksi ylimääräistä makuuhuonetta, joista toisessa on queen-vuode ja toisessa kaksi kaksoset. Kahden makuuhuoneen vieressä on myös kylpyamme ja puoli. Ja tietysti on parvi, johon mahtuu yksi parivuode ja täysikokoinen futon. Mikä tärkeintä, et tarvitse 4WD-ajoneuvoa päästäksesi meille !!!!!! Hiljainen ja tien päättyvä yksityisyys on forte tätä ominaisuutta.

Blue Ridge-aktiviteetit: Blue Ridge sisältää monia ainutlaatuisia taidegallerioita, antiikkiliikkeitä, erikoisliikkeitä, naapurimaiden omenatarhaa ja ruokapaikkoja, Vogel State Park vain 20 min. poissa, rauhassa ostoksia ja ruokailla milloin tahansa vuoden aikana. Älä missaa ilmaisia kesäkauden Blue Grass -konsertteja ja kokoontumisia Toccoa-joen varrella. Ja älä unohda Fanning County Park ja virkistyskompleksi aivan omaisuuden vieressä olevan kukkulan takana (on hienoa pyöräillä polkupyörällä, juoksemassa, koripalloa tai upeaa harjoitusta paikaltamme. Tämän harjoituksen jälkeen ansaitset tauon kahville ja tuoreelle paistetulle omenapiirakkeelle Mercier's Apple Orchardilta tai nauttia viileästä jäätelöstä tai kuumasta suklaasta. Lisäksi kaupungin keskustassa on vanha rautatievarasto, joka on listattu historiallisten paikkojen kansallisessa rekisterissä. 3rd Generation Mountain Adventure

We had 7 people including a 5 yr old and a 20 month old. The cabin/house had EVERYTHING we needed and more- baby gates, portacrib with mattress, extra everything ( s’more sticks, plastic kids dishes, wine glasses, fans). The creek was perfect for wading and building dams. Firepit was great. 5-7 minutes to downtown Blue Ridge, @3 miles to grocery store.Washer and dryer worked great! Lots of space and places to spread out and relax- would Highly recommend

Cozy private getaway on a creek!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We had four adults and four kids and everyone had a bed to sleep in (huge appreciation for all the king beds available!). The sound of the creek was lovely. We even got to see a herd of local cows walking through the forest one morning! The home is also just a few minutes way from downtown Blue Ridge and Wal-Mart and Ingles. We would highly recommend this home to anyone!

Absolutely Wonderful

Enjoyed this wonderful home with my wife and pooch. From the wrap-around deck the sound of the flowing water in the creek was very audible and enjoyable. Very peaceful location. Three king-size beds in the downstairs with two bathrooms made it so convenient. There is also a loft with three beds with a spiral staircase. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and preparation equipment for home cooked meals. Enjoyed this location very much and DO want to return.

A piece of heaven!

This place is a little slice of heaven! It’s at the end of the road adjacent to a piece of property that has cows. It’s fun to watch them throughout the day. The creek is wonderful and inviting, it’s every bit the babbling brook you would want. The house itself is well equipped, super comfy and spacious enough for everyone to have their own space. I miss it so much that I’ve already booked a return trip for a longer period of time. And before I forget, best sleep ever!! And that says a lot coming from a chronic insomniac! For those who need to work while you are there, the internet was awesome and supported video meetings and screen shares. Did I mention you can walk the grounds behind the house?Thank you Maria for sharing your place with us and our pups!

Picturesque escape!

Wow! This property is absolutely beautiful. I can not speak more highly of the view and premises. The house is located right on the creek and waking up to that type of view and sound of the creek is dreamy. The proximity to town was ideal for small children, as they don’t ride well for long. The creek was our favorite part… getting to play and walk along the side was such fun! The house is large enough for one big family or a family and grandparents included. We search for King-size beds and there are THREE! The Master Bathroom is a bit tiny but the large jacuzzi tub makes up for it with young children. Two fire pits for smores! Wrap around porch and privacy deck off Master is amazing. The owner Maria was so kind and attentive. We will be returning next Fall!

The property is located close to town & to all amenities you want or need. The owners are very receptive to your communication with them & respond immediately to any concern you have. The only reason we are rating this a 3 star is because of some cleanliness issues that have been reported to the owner & are being addressed as I write this. I would definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you to the Socarras family for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful, comfy home! It had everything we could’ve needed and we felt right at home. We had so much fun exploring the creek and the property. Sitting on the porch in the evenings in the rocking chairs listening to the babbling creek and watching the fireflies dance was just the break we needed! The absolute ONLY thing we might suggest is labeling the light switches as it was confusing trying to figure out which switch went to what, LOL! But it’s definitely not a big deal and we’d LOVE to visit again. The cabin was so homey and welcoming, the property was beautiful, the drive in was easy, and there’s so much to do in the surrounding area. This place was PERFECT!!

Little getaway

The cabin and property are absolutely beautiful. You have the creek that is amazing to look at..get in..listen to it while sitting on the porch. Maria is great at responding to any questions we had. It's super close to Mercer Orchards...Starbucks..Walmart..downtown Blue Ridge. We had rented a minivan..I wouldn't recommend that as a vehicle of choice...getting out was always a little tricky. We would definitely stay again. My husband and I got up early every morning just to drink our coffee and sit on the porch listening to the creek and watching the cows come and go. You won't regret staying at this cabin. My dad and youngest ended up staying back one afternoon so my boy could play in the creek and my dad sat on the porch reading...it's so dang peaceful and perfect!! Seriously..can't wait to go back!!

Family summer vacation

We decided that this summer a family summer vacation would be best for our family after losing my three year daughter four months ago this cabin was perfect for just that the sound of the creek running through the yard the birds in the early morning late afternoon was so peaceful our kids and the whole family loved it we took our spot lights down to creek at night to play with the fish and salamanders in the mornings my favorite part was always the cows and their baby’s I would definitely rent this cabin again

Home away from Home

This cabin was all that was stated and more! Very clean, beautiful, secluded and felt like home! Dog friendly too, our dogs enjoyed relaxing on the porches while looking for deer on the hill. We were highly impressed and would definitely recommend! Thank you for a relaxing getaway!

Relaxing by the creek

Follow the directions carefully & it is easy to find. As advertised. The creek is lovely & the cabin is close to downtown & outdoor activities. If the light switches were labeled, it would have been a big help!

Stayed 2 weeks over Christmas while moving up north

Absolutely incredible! Very easy to get to, especially compared to some of the other properties we have stayed at near Blue Ridge/Cherry Log areas that have dirt roads with huge potholes. No climbing either. House is a very cool octagon shape inside, plus additions. Comfortable beds, updated appliances, nice layout with a loft for kids to hang out if you have them. Very relaxing stream and fire pit, also saw lots of deer, cows on the farm next door too. Our last night we saw a very rare full moon with a rainbow around it! Wonderful hosts too!

Perfect!

The cabin was clean and cozy. Easy to get to and 5 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. Very quiet and private. You can hear the creek below the deck. We saw deer 4 days of the 5 day stay. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and the host left champagne and a card for us! She was absolutely awesome to deal with!! We will go back!

loved the view and sitting on the deck vewing the stream

there were somethings i thought needed to be up dated but overall ( rug in bathroom I slipped on it and almost fell) I have Parkinson so that was a problem. but overall it was a nice break.

Home Away From Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our time on Meadow Creek Way! The house and property were so inviting, and the creek that runs by the house is so beautiful! My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the porches, listening to the creek and watching the colorful leaves falling when a breeze came through the trees. It truly felt like home, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit here!
