Summer House is a beautiful beach house designed for a relaxing summer holiday or a snug winter getaway. Located in an elevated position, just a series of steps down on to the pristine sands of Boat Harbour Beach on Tasmania's north-west coast.

Summer House features a light flooded, state of the art kitchen and open plan living and dining areas. Summer House boasts two elevated decks and an expansive terrace that provide breathtaking 180 degree views of the Sea, Boat Harbour Beach and Table Cape. Summer House is tastefully furnished to ensure your stay is relaxing and comfortable. Irrespective of the season, Summer House will not disappoint.

Three night minimum stay.

Summer house in winter

Despite booking a sun seeker adventure in winter knowing we'd likely be disappointed, we enjoyed a marvelous sunny getaway and the comforts of a lovely beachside home. With nearby beach access, mild weather and friendly locals, we left feeling revived and relaxed.

We had an excellent short holiday at Summer House in Boat Harbour. The house was all that the pictures had shown on the website. Blissful Weekend in the sun

We love Boat Harbour and have stayed in the area previously.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was comfortable, relaxing and had everything we needed. A little piece of Paradise

We had a wonderful time just relaxing at the Summer House. The view was fantastic and the Bay itself was beyond our expectations. Clear, clean gorgeous. We feel lucky to have found this accommodation and look forward to returning.

Beautiful Boat Harbour

Delightful house with gorgeous view of the Bass Strait and just a couple of minutes walk down steps to the beach. The house is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could want or need. Extremely quiet location and Seekers cafe is a stone’s throw away - coffee/breakfast/lunch (+ cakes and muffins). Linda (the property manager) is great to deal with. Highly recommended for a quiet holiday or weekend break.

A Piece of Paradise

Property in a great location to take in magnificent panoramic ocean views from the comfort of the Lounge and front decking. We loved having breakfast in the cleverly designed dinning area also taking in the ocean views. Pantry and kitchen supplies were extremely well stocked. I would rate this property a 6 star rating even though I could only go up to a 5 star. Thank you Linda for a memorable stay.

The location of the house is gorgeous. The front deck and back decks have excellent views of Bass Strait and Boat Harbour. The house is clean, comfortable and really well equipped. The appliances are really good. We are regulars and are looking forward to next year’s stay already.
