The only thing good about our stay was the rate. And the location is fantastic too. The hotel was horrible. The non-smoking room wreaked of old cigarette smoke and you couldn't even go out on the balcony because there were so many people smoking outside that the smoke came into the room. Would not recommend staying here.

The pictures shown distant quite a lot from reality; manager was very rude when I described that I had already talked to expedia to change locations, because of some situations we had seen upon arrival to check in and the room condition and she even denied having received the cancellation email. Once we left, to come back later, I received a cancellation confirmation by email (thank goodness I got a notification on my phone and saw it right away), we rushed back, while trying to reach expedia's customer service; upon arrival, they were already cleaning the room without our authorization

And they have the Employee elevator shut down for the night so we had to walk three flights of stairs with a bunch of stuff just to get to the room. We got a totally different room than what the picture showed when we booked the room, but it still was decent. Let us have late Check out when we really needed it.
