There’s no alarm clock
The USB ports were not functional
The air conditioner was very noisy
The smoke alarm in the hallway out side the room beeped all night as if the batteries needed changing (that’s comforting)(I have a video)
The comforter was more like a sheet and not warm at all not to mention filthy! (I have Picture)
Is there wifi here? No one said and there was no password given
The tv guide on the tv is incorrect
The bar and restaurant are not part of the hotel- which is fine but that needs to be better advertised people that had not brought their credit card to the pool were very annoyed they couldn’t put it on their room. I sat at the bar and over and over and over again the bartenders had to explain the situation. I could see their irritation growing so I asked, “how many times a day does this happen?” They said it was constant EVERY DAY! How has this issue never been addressed? Signage, information upon check-in or even upon booking! That’s a ridiculous problem that evidently know one anywhere has tried to fix.
For $400 a night I was MORE than disappointed. This hotel reminded me more of a Hilton Express. And I thought they had room service. If they do I couldn’t find any evidence of such and most likely they don’t because of the severance between the hotel and the restaurant! Another huge disappointment!
