The living room impresses with its spaciousness and includes a living area with a pull-out sofa bed, a stressless recliner and a huge flat-screen television. For music enjoyment there is a stereo system with internet radio, DVD, USB and Bluray player.
Next to it there is a cozy dining area with a large dining table and four comfortable swing chairs.
The adjoining kitchen is equipped with all comforts, such as 4-zone induction hobs, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, egg cooker, toaster, kettle. The highlight is the extractor hood above the hob to the dining area.
Experience fantastic sunsets with an unobstructed view on the equipped balcony with four chairs and a table without being visible from side balconies.
