The cozy old square hosts a market day once a week. Odense, the largest city in Funen, is a 30-minute drive from the area. Visit the Odense Zoo, H. C. Andersen's house and many exciting museums. Odense has miles of pedestrian streets with stores for every taste, as well as cozy cafes and restaurants. From the center it is possible to take a beautiful sailing trip along Odense Å.
