Excellent Option

The hotel was excellent, everything you'd expect from a first-class accommodation. My issue was with the service staff, who didn't properly inform me about the amenities included in my executive room. There were supposed to be drinks and snacks on my floor, but there weren't. When I asked at checkout, since I was only staying one night, I was told that when the staff wasn't on the floor, I could request them at the lobby bar, but no one informed me of this. I was very disappointed with this service after choosing the best option for my short stay. Aside from this, the facilities are impeccable, and the hotel meets everything you'd expect. I recommend it, but make sure you know what's included in your reservation and request it.

Nice hotel, remodeled and clean. Shuttle bus to the airport is a plus, convenient and it is included. The breakfast is below average. Coffee does not taste good for a country like Columbia that produces the best quality of coffee.
