The hotel itself was very nice. Free transportation to and from the airport in a VERY comfortable van. The only knock against the hotel is location. Not very many dinning options or activities near by. I did walk to the Botanical Garden, about 3.4 km. There was taxi service 24 hours but they were much mire expensive then uber or indriver. Breakfast was good and the restaurant had good options for dinner.

Always a nice hotel but not happy with 2 items: my booking included breakfast but my flight was leaving early. The staff proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do or no refunds at all, like: ‘too bad’. Second point, extremely limited options for a vegetarian.

Received welcome back home

Always my destination for my layovers in Bogota they are always efficient clean the transportation to and from on the shuttle is a convenience. The breakfast before departing each visit has always been outstanding. Definitely a frequent guest at the Hilton here in Bogota.
