I paid in full for my stay and the desk lady told me I still have to pay like she doesn’t even check on system to see I paid already. When I was walking in the lobby, Another desk lady randomly asks me what my room number is in Spanish. I told her I don’t speak much Spanish. It was disturbing that some desk lady approaches me and ask for my room number as if I’m an intruder. Not to mention that I stayed at this hotel more than 10 times. The desk ladies don’t speak English. Please think before you assume your guest is an intruder.

No heat in the rooms

The rooms does not have any heat the room was cold. The bathroom had a bad smell from the drainage. I got woken up all hours of night from the noise in the lobby. I was very uncomfortable. I left after 1 night.

My stay at Hotel Ayenda Bestmark Platino 1095 was an amazing stay. I had a great view of the main street from my room which I sat and looked out from time to time just to marvel at the strength of the people of Bogota. The only complaint I had is nothing to do with the hotel itself, but I heard the activities of my neighbors late at night on my final night. But I do not hold that against the hotel or anyone. But I would definitely book with them again and stay because there are many amazing restaurants and other food stalls. Many amazing bars and shops in close walking distance, or at least close for me. If you are planning a trip to Bogota, definitely check this out. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond for me. I have the upmost respect for them

This is an excellent choice for the price. I paid $18 night; it was an insider price of half off. It has hot water on the shower except on the lavatory sink. Bed is king size, and firm. It has a small fridge but no mini bar (no items inside), an LCD smart TV 43” (Netflix and Prime is included), breakfast is included although limited to eggs, bread, arepa, juice, coffee or hot chocolate, and only until 8:30am!!! Staff members are kind and nice. I requested laundry service and they made the arrangements with a third party company; it was picked up and delivered in excellent condition and smell; I paid about $6 for about 6 pounds of clothes. The area is not the prettiest but very busy with a Transmilenio station in front of it. Will definitely stay again.
