This hotel is a 3 star at best
No bar or lounge as stated in adverts.
Rooms not soundproof as stated in advert and the hotel provides earplugs because the know it's not soundproofed.
The air conditioning doesn't work and seemingly the controls are ornamental.
There is no open restaurant and no bar
Breakfast is very poor and extremely basic and the staff don't keep on top of it when things are empty. There are stale breads every morning and poor quality arepas. Nothing is fresh and even the coffee is terrible which is ridiculous given the proximity to so many coffee farms.
The noise from the park outside and the surrounding establishments is very loud and can go on all night from some clubs.
The hotel is misrepresenting it's facilities.
The doors are locked in the early evening as the area is not safe and you have to be buzzed in and out.
You can access your Netflix and Disney accounts on the tv here which is necessary as you'll need to be in your room early because of the safety issues outside. However the wifi is so poor that you can expect that it won't work half of the time.
