This old farmhouse from 1844 has been renovated while retaining the character of the exposed beams, with warm and cozy decoration. Located in the heart of a typical Revermont village, inviting you to stroll through the small streets, lined with exposed stone houses, it is in this large studio (50 m²) located on the 1st floor of the owners' house that you will be welcomed. Independent entrance, by internal staircase, on a large space with equipped kitchen, living room with wood stove, a sleeping area (1 bed 140 * 190), bathroom with shower and bathtub. Separate toilet with washbasin. Electric heating and wood stove. You have a private outdoor space without vis-à-vis, as well as the owners' swimming pool which is made available to you under conditions and accessible only in summer.
