Appartement très correct et propre. Belle vue. Seul point négatif on sentait le froid assis dans le canapé sous la fenêtre, il manque surement un joint autour de la fenêtre

Appartement propre (sauf sous le canapé), cuisine aménagée mais l'emplacement de l'évier n'est pas pratique. WC très petit et manque une étagère dans la salle de bain. Mezzanine grande et agréable mais pas idéale d'accès pour les personnes qui n'ont pas d'équilibre.Tiroirs de rangement sous tous les lits et une penderie à l'entrée. Appartement adéquat pour 2 personnes mais petit pour 4 personnes : il faut ranger la table après chaque repas. Hôtes très sympathiques et bonne communication. Commerce à 15-20 mn à pied. Très calme et situé dans un endroit agréable près des départs de randonnée (pédestre ou en raquettes). Balcon agréable mais pour 2 personnes max. Malgré le peu d'espace, nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement. Pas loin des Rousses pour le ski et de la Suisse pour le lac de Joux. Prévoir un forfait pour la Suisse ou enlever les données mobiles. Pas de wifi sinon aller à l'Office du tourisme.

Logement tres agréable, petit mais fonctionnel, belle déco, tout l'equupement souhaité. j'ai apprécié le balcon avec vue sur la vallée et la montagne ! 2 chaises et une table sur ce balconLogement situé proche de la forêt, des sentiers sont accessibles à moins de 5 min à pieds pour partir se promener. Le depart du ski de piste est à 17 min en voiture.

Petite précision sémantique sur l'annonce car les termes ont un sens précis : il ne s'agit pas d'un duplex mais d'un studio avec une mezzanine.La mezzanine est très sympa et le lit très confortable.La pièce de vie est très petite, même à trois personnes mais l'espace est optimisé et l'appartement dispose d'un petit balcon bien orienté qui permet de profiter du soleil dès le matin.En revanche le chauffage est très insuffisant : les radiateurs sont peu puissants et 3 jours ont été nécessaires à pleine chauffe pour enlever la doudoune en intérieur (le sol restant glacial)De plus le radiateur du séjour dysfonctionnait à la fin et nous avons passé la dernière journée et nuit sans aucun chauffage.Le débit de l'eau est également assez faible.Donc globalement un confort assez spartiate pour un logement d'hiver L'emplacement du logement est parfait pour profiter de la forêt du Risoux et de la nature.

Super ausgestattete kleine Wohnung im 1. Stock eines Mehrparteienhauses... Schöne Gegend zum Wandern und Radfahren.Etwas abgelegen, dafür aber nahe der schweizerischen Grenze und gute Nähe zum Genfer See.

Idéalement situé

Appart.idéalement situé pour le ski de fonds, les balades en raquettes et faire de la luge. Superbe vue du balcon. Parking au bas de la résidence super pratique. A 20 min de la Station des Rousses. A 5 min du supermarché et de la station essence. Par contre, trop juste pour une famille de 4 personnes.

Agréable

L'appartement est situé au calme à 5 minutes à pied du centre du village. C'est un bel appartement, petit mais fort bien aménagé (récemment)avec de multiples équipements pour cuisiner et beaucoup de rangements. On apprécie la remise des clés qui s'effectue simplement grâce à Paul. Merci pour ce sejour.

Notre séjour s'est agréablement déroulé. Pour les randonnées à pied, la région est idéale. Les parcours sont bien repérés. Le logement est bien placé avec une jolie vue sur la vallée. Très calme, un très bon moment de détente. Nous recommandons cette location!

Je recommande sans hésitation le logement de Paul. Il est à la fois très cosy mais tellement bien agencé. Belle surprise le matin de voir des chamois juste dans la prairie au dessus de la location.

Parfaitement parfait!

Nous remercions de tout coeur Paul qui a été un hôte charmant dans les échanges, à l'écoute et sachant faire preuve de spontanéité. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location. A notre arrivée nous avons trouvé un appartement très propre. Bien que ce soit un petit logement il est très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Très bien situé, au calme, le balcon est un vrai plus ! Nous recommandons !
