The front desk person was nice but the room was dirty to include visible dirty hand prints on the bathroom walls. Everything is dated and worn out.

It was most disgusting, place I've ever been in and they could care less!!!! then they tried pulling 200 off my card when i already paid and should get my deposit back and the next door one is a little better but have not received deposit from them either been week and half. Thank goodness and i gaurantee they should be shyt down im sure there is safety concerns and criminals all over and police its unsafe and just not a place for families and or children.

Dirty, outdated, noisy, smelled of smoke, TV didn't work, floor was disgusting, bed was lumpy and old, furniture was ripped/torn. Boise is very clean and safe but this place definitely wasn't. I'm a masculine guy and wasn't worried but wouldn't stay here if I were a lady.

The entrance was not clearly marked. We had to drive around the building to figure out where we were supposed to go in at the clerk was lachial, didn't care If we were there or not, the place upon entry was filthy. It smelled when we got to our rooms. The beds looked like they had been made and then laid on In one of our rooms, there was crumbs in the bed. There was pet urn on the curtains. In one of the rooms had black mold growing in the bathroom. And the room smelled atrocious. There was only a half a roll of toilet paper in each room, and it wasn't even placed on the toilet paper dispenser. My daughter asked if she could get an extra pillow and was told they didn't have any. When we went back out to get our luggage. There was somebody sitting in the car Next to ours today doing drugs. And by the time we decided we weren't staying there for the night we came back out and there were four police cars sitting in the parking lot.

This property needs to be pulled from Expedia until upgrades occur. The toilet seat was broken, there was a layer of dust over the bed headboard, an old and stained bedspread, and general wear. The sheets seemed clean, however they were wrinkled. I would not have remained except I'd already booked on Expedia.

You get what you pay for

Run down hotel with clean comfortable bed. There was a lot to be desired with this hotel but for the price it gave me 4 walls, warmth and a cozy bed for the night. Front desk cloaed and had to walk next door in a dark scary parking lot to check in. Chipped tiles and rusted fixtures in bathroom. Sticky faux wood floors (in spots not all over). Thin walls but thankfully I had quiet neighbors.
