I found out you have to put a sign on the door handle if you want them to come in and replace the creamers and tea and my room didnt come with one of those signs . There is no one in the office after 5p which kinda sucks and there is no explanation on how to use the keypad but I figured it out . I watched 2 older people struggle with it until another guest helped them . The road in front is a 4 lane road with lots of traffic . The owner called me after I posted on FB about how rude the on call person was which was nice . It's also not as close to the airport as I thought it would be . All in all it was mostly clean (I found something nasty under the bedside table ) and a good place to stay if you dont expect much .

It's in an OK area, in an up-and-coming area of Boise. It's all check-in service via your phone, which is fine until there's an issue. It forces you to call a phone number if you run into any issues and you speak with a customer service representative off-site (likely in a different country). So the customer service situation could be better. The room is clean but very very small.
