The staff at check in and check out were all friendly. The room was comfortable. The window shades were broken, they wouldn't go up or down. We had to put pillows against the window to block the sun ftom coming in. We addressed the issue with the front desk, they offered to move us but did not have the same type of room open. They did not offer any discounts due to the shades being broken.

Hotel appeared brand new or recently renovated. All was wonderful, other than the extortionate pricing on EV charging on site. The rates are determined by the management of the hotel and what is typically a .45 to .75 per kWh charge for fast charging at other locations proved to be $1.50 per kWh here. Then, a parking fee is added after 30 minutes for a 2nd level charger which was charging at around 5kwh! My bill for charging was nearly the same as the room.

First and only hotel that uses Dove liquid hand soap and body lotion. Everything was so clean and nice. Staff was so incredibly kind. We arrived so late, 2:30 am, and they were ready for us. Perfect stay.

Called to ask for bedding for the sofa bed included in the room, and had to go down to the front desk to get it. Maybe that's just the level of service at this hotel, but it seemed like bedding should have been available in the room or asked about while checking in even if there aren't available room service staff to bring it up.

The fire alarm went off at 12:30 am. I feel that the staff could have done a better job of keeping the patrons informed of the details as we were all standing outside. Thank goodness it was a nice night.
