I was traveling with my 90 yr old grandma and booked last minute. Sam check us in and when I mentioned I was with my grandmother she made sure our room was near the elevator and that the room was accessible for my grandma. She doubled checked on our shower mat and recommend places to eat. The room was clean and the breakfast was definitely filling. I loved our stay and am grateful for Sam’s rockstar service!

Great location to the airport - especially early morning flights. Front desk staff helpful. Breakfast had many choices. Quiet halls which made for a great sleep. A few technical difficulties as the pool heater was down and ice machine not working. We were able to go next door and use the Holiday Inn’s pool. Housekeeping wasn’t strong the three days we stayed. Bed covers were simply thrown over the bed (sheets weren’t even pulled up one day), floor was not vacuumed, and the Kleenex was never replaced - even after we put the empty box next to the garbage. The front desk gave us a new box. Just a few inconveniences that management can fix. We would stay again if we visit Boise.

Spotless, maybe new? Great staff. Only small issue was noise. Walls and ceiling allow a lot of noises to come through. Same with the elevator “bell” that was either unusually loud or at least seemed so - and my room was 25 or 30 feet down the hall.
