Upscale hotel with great amenities! All staff was professional and courteous. The room was a blend of rustic modern.The bed was very comfortable, the room. We truly enjoyed the rooftop deck, The Highlander, as well as the restaurant, The Baraboo and the coffee shop, Blue Collar Coffee. While it was just an overnight stay, we felt as if we'd relaxed and enjoyed our overnight getaway.

Horrible stay

Did not have a great experience for the money spent. We waited an hour to get a room and ended up having to move to a one bed room instead of the two queen beds booked. Then go to leave and notice my side mirror isn't to where I set it. Go to move it back to where it was and my mirror just dangled off. Looking closer you could see finger prints where someone tried to put it back and act like nothing every happened. I'm furious that I still haven't gotten a call back regarding it. I wouldnt have been mad if they said something but they lied. This hotel was not worth the money spent

Hotel was beautiful! Staff was very helpful, other than the valet . I wasn’t sure if they were supposed to help me or not . You need to ask them for help and then they are willing , but they only help unload the car, not take it up to your room. The location was great for walking to restaurants. The restaurant, bar and coffee shop onsite were all really good .

My note to the hotel…l We just checked out and wanted to say again, how terrific I think your staff and hotel are! Jill helped us in the dining room for several meals and was outstanding! Thoughtful, aware, and a great memory on preferences, day to day. She has joyous energy while be a top notch professional. And Aaron at the desk, again, warm, inviting, helpful! I do t know all the staff names ori would have competed in each one. Thank you!! You set the stage for an amazing time in Boise and wedding
