The hotel itself was clean. Our bathroom was dirty, from dust on everything to hair left in the shower. The room was clean; the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner in the hallway beeped every minute. We finally called the office at 12:30 AM to see if they could fix it. The staff was wonderful! The location of the hotel is great, with lots of dining options!

The room stayed too warm no matter how I set the heat. I could HEAR the neighbors cooking their breakfast, but had no supplies in our room to prepare anything. What is the point of a kitchen without pots, plates, utensils, cups, etc? Ended up walking over to Starbucks every morning.

The room was super clean and the bed was so comfortable. Coffee situation was all right (could improve a bit). We had our little dog and they do a great job of not letting the room smell like animals have been in there and not letting it smell like air clearing chemicals. Their pet walking area is very nice. Thank you we had a good nights sleep.

We experienced a minor vehicle issue on our way to our pre-booked one-night stay at this hotel. This required us to overnight in Meridian forr an additional night. The staff worked it out so we could keep the 2 rooms another night and at the same price we had originally booked them at. We would stay there again, very pleased.

The hotel was in a great location. So many good restaurants and shopping nearby. The hotel was clean and quiet. Front desk clerks were very friendly and professional. The kitchenette was great. Wish I would have read the description more carefully, I would have brought some utensils and paper plates to reheat leftovers. Oh well, I will know for my next stay at a MyPlace hotel.
