I gave the hotel 5 stars for being what it is - not saying that it is a 5-star hotel. For the money, we would absolutely stay here again and we did enjoy our stay. Pros: Very comfortable bed, incredibly comfortable sheets, nice shower and good water pressure. Cons: Very small room, a little noisy (but not terrible)

Kind and professional staff!

On arrival I was greeted by a very helpful staff. Went over my parking spot that was close to our room as I was traveling in our large pickup. Just very courteous and kind. Easy walking distance to several restaurants. The entire complex is very modern and exceptionally clean and nice. We will be staying here again!

Forewarned hotel of our late arrival and reiterated our request for a parking space that would enable us to leave our prized and rather expensive Specialized road bikes on the rack. All was delivered with a smile and promised. I cannot ask much more if a hotel.

Downtown jewel.

Very well located for the city center. The design of our room featured an amazing attention to detail and comfort. There were two things I felt they overlooked - there was no bedside lamp on the right hand side and the hot water kettle couldn’t be filled in the shallow sink - one had to fill it cup by cup. Having said that, given the location and price I won’t be staying anywhere else on future trips to Boise!

Nice new hotel in the center of town. I did get a great rate but as a seasoned traveler I know that the lower rates are for rooms that have no view. I loved the hotel and was there for business so I was in and out so a view was not paramount.

This hotel was perfect for us. Quick weekend trip to see our son, staff is VERY kind and courteous. Room is simple but clean and decorated nicely. Location is fantastic. Definitely our new go to when we come to Boise to visit

Our room was over a dirty noisy ally. Otherwise the room was nice although a little small. Great shower! I think I would prefer a room at the opposite end of the building, over Grove St. Bed was very comfortable, but the ally was too noisy. The cafe downstairs needs to have another employee. Too busy for just one person. The breakfast food was good when we finely got it.

They don't service regularly and even when I requested, they didn't take out garbage. That's a basic courtesy. Also, very disappointed about 3-5am garbage pickup, their windows aren't insulated well. Avoid it.
