Located right on the Boise River Greenbelt and across from Boise State University, The Local is in the perfect downtown spot. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and shopping, or explore Julia Davis Park, St. Luke’s Hospital, and nearby cultural attractions. The Greenbelt offers miles of trails for biking, running, or strolling.

Parking is provided in the garage. Larger vehicles (lifted trucks or one-ton diesels) may only fit on Levels 1–2. Public transit, Uber/Lyft, and scooters are readily available downtown.

Free garage parking. If you are in a large truck or lifted truck, free parking in the lot behind the building.

Check-in requires retrieving a key fob from a garage lockbox, then heading to the unit where you’ll find the parking pass. Please display the pass while parked and return it to the fridge at checkout. Both the fob and pass must be returned—$100 fee if lost.

Note: The pool is seasonal, but the hot tub is open year-round. The pool is closed from mid-October until spring.

We loved that this location was within easy walking distance of the Basque, Neighborhood and Winco and the show venue. The building is great. There’s plenty of coffee materials in the unit and everything was very comfortable. There were nice touches that made the place feel homey and accommodating. 10 out of 10. Would stay again! The conference rooms were an excellent bonus as well.
