This newly remodeled house has high design and brilliant colors around every corner. There are two seating areas, both with smart TVs and couches. This home is pet friendly with a fenced back yard featuring a grassy area, picnic table, patio with rocking chairs and a grill. This property is only a mile from Downtown Nampa and has quick access to the freeway to explore the rest of the Treasure Valley.

Please Note:

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance - dog friendly only; no cats - maximum 2. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $60 for 1 pet and $120 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged.

Due to the home being older construction, the ceiling height is on the lower side than typical (around 8ft), there is no handrail on the stairs to the backyard/basement, and the basement windows are small.

Nice, clean, quiet spot. Perfect for the 3 of us. Just watch your head if you're over 6ft and staying in the basement . Comfortable beds, great water pressure. Close to everything.

Charming Home

The Hudson House was very clean and charmingly. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet overnight. Although the weather didn’t allow us to use it this trip, there was a lovely little backyard with picnic table and chairs. Check in and check out was easy. A great place to stay in Nampa!

Week with family

This property was perfect for us. My husband and I stayed here while we while we were packing up my daughter and granddaughter for a move. They were able to join us in the rental so that we could empty and clean their house with ease. We were also able to cook meals at the Hudson House. We had a very pleasant stay there even though we worked very hard with the move!

Wonderful Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this adorable home in Nampa. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The hosts were friendly, responsive and accommodating. The home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with amenities such as grocery store, park, restaurants etc about a 15 minute walk from the house. We highly recommend this home for your stay in the Nampa/ Boise area!
