Treat yourself to a quiet, relaxing break 1 hour from Paris, to rediscover the little joys of life, moments by the fire with family or friends, in a rural setting, in this refined renovated cottage in an old 17th century farmhouse, in the heart of the village. The house is ideal for large families and various courses (yoga, etc.) enclosed by walls, very easy to access by the RD2020 and the A10. Large house with sauna - jacuzzi (extra 50€/hour for 2 people). Ground floor: entrance, kitchen, dining room with 2 very comfortable lounges, 1 with fireplace, 1 bedroom, shower room/wc.
Upstairs access by spiral staircase: 4 bedrooms, 1 shower room/wc, bathroom, separate wc. A large relaxation room with children's area. All bedrooms are equipped with 90x190 beds, separate or pushed together.
Heating and cleaning included.
Mandatory bed linen rental for professionals (€15 for double beds and €8 for single beds).
For professional customers, no more than 5 people and with prior agreement from the owners, for the respect of the gîte.
Annex games room with ping-pong table, table football, small bar, children's games, small refrigerator and extra freezer.
