Shower soap was empty and broken. Fell on my foot, kinda hurt. Why rent a room with broken parts. It was glued at least once. Don’t half ash it, fix it right the 1st time. Makes me wonder what else is half ashed?

The place was three stars. I would even give it four stars. I have been to some of the hotels in the area. They called their self three and four stars and they don’t come close.

Check in and check out were a breeze. Steven and the other front desk were very helpful and accommodating for our large family. However, the housekeeping was very disappointing. We checked in on a Thursday night and didn’t get any housekeeping services until Sunday. We had to call for extra towels on Saturday and that took about 30 minutes to get. Our tissue box was empty and they didn’t bother to change it out. Little things like that were disappointing when the rest of the hotel was such a good experience. The location was very convenient, but I don’t know that I would stay at this Home2Suites again.

I thought it was a very nice clean property the only issue I had was we were unable to get our rooms clean for the whole time we were there that we did not get fresh towels and sheets we were told we would but then never happened
