Hotellet är under renovering, framkom ej vid bokningstillfället. Vid incheckningen var kvinnan jättetrevlig! Hon gör att man vill komma tillbaka. Grabben som var frukostvärd däremot behöver gå en kurs både i kundbemötande och i hur man sätter en trevlig touch på frukostbuffén. Rummet, sängarna var bra att de var separata, men att de ska vara i samma nivå hade inte varit fel, likaså kuddarna behöver bytas ut, bedrövligt dåliga och var i mini storlek. Hotellets vision ”Ett snyggt och prisvärt trestjärnigt hotell med en stark Hälsingekänsla” lever man inte upp till idag.
