Inside you will find all the comforts needed to guarantee you a 5-star stay whether you are staying for pleasure or business. One 65'' Smart TV, three 43'' Smart TVs, outdoor swimming pool, double Turkish bath and jacuzzi. Upon entering you will find a large, finely furnished hallway separating the living area from the sleeping area. Crossing it, you will be greeted by the large air-conditioned open-plan living area, with an extendable dining table that can seat up to eight people, a modern kitchen equipped with all appliances, a leather sofa and a splendid 65" UHD 4K Smart TV connected to the Wi-Fi network (2.5 Gb/s) with which you can watch films, videos and TV series using the Netflix and YouTube platforms. Equipment: -Nespresso kettle and coffee machine accompanied by corresponding capsules and tea bags; - Microwave; - Juicer; - Toaster; - Cutlery; - Pots and pans; - Pans; - Various cooking utensils. From the living area you can access the splendid terrace of 125 [Mq] where there are two useful showers with hot and cold water and an elegant raised swimming pool that you can use both to enjoy, at any time of the year, moments of relaxation with the utmost privacy and to train yourself as it is possible to activate swimming against the current. Chromotherapy throughout guarantees a comfortable, relaxing and intimate environment. There is a solarium area with two comfortable sun loungers, a parasol and a large sofa. The ample space will allow you to dabble in the kitchen using the new electric barbecue (Weber) placed at your complete disposal. In the sleeping area there are three air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry area. Along the corridor you will find a very cosy Double Room with two single beds (width 90 [cm] x length 200 [cm] x height 20 [cm]), a Master Room and a Suite both with King Size beds (width 180 [cm] x length 200 [cm] x height 24 [cm]). There is a 5 [cm] high topper on each bed to ensure your comfort during your stay. The Suite has a SPA bathroom for your exclusive use, including a modern Turkish bath with shower and a Jacuzzi tub. To provide you with extra security for your personal belongings, we have provided a digital safe in the wardrobe. Each room is equipped with a wardrobe and a 43'' UHD 4K Smart TV with internet connection that will allow you to relax while watching movies and videos on both Netflix and YouTube. Between the Double Room and the Master Room is a large bathroom with a shower with Steam Bath and double washbasin. On the beds you will find: - the Complete Bath Kit consisting of Small Towel + Towel + Shower Towel + Honeycomb Pool Towel + Slippers; - the Welcome Kit Made in Italy (complimentary) consisting of Shower Shampoo + Body Cream + Intimate Hygiene + Hand Washing Soap + Hair Cap + Cosmetic Set. The laundry area is equipped with a washing machine and dryer with detergent capsules for your laundry. Fridge, Dishwashers, Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer are by Miele. *A few days before your Check-in you will receive a link to open the doors directly from your smartphone; *On the day of Check-in you will be welcomed by our dedicated Hostess who will show you how the Penthouse works and give you the keys; *Check-in with our Hostess will be available from 16:00 to 20:00. After 20:00 it will only be possible to access the Penthouse in Self Check-in mode using the link received. *The person who will take care of your five-star stay is our Co-Host Vincenzo. *Once you have received the link, we kindly ask you to fill in the documents section yourself by inserting your identification data (Identity Card/Passport/License). This information must be sent by us to the police headquarters no later than 24 hours after your arrival. *For stays of at least one week, extra cleaning can be requested at an extra cost. *Parking spaces in the areas surrounding the flat are chargeable.
