It is a nice quiet property, well maintained with lovely gardens. It is a bit of a walk to the main square, but very manageable as long as it is not too hot. The room was comfortable and spacious.

Pros: very clean, older property but the cleaning staff do a great job. Fernando especially is a great staff member helping with a very good breakfast experience. Cons: no exhaust in the washrooms, very linty sheets, room unit fan not working, no elevators (important for those that have heavy luggage or mobility issues).

This hotel has the perfect location, just a short and pleasant walk to the centro of Bologna. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet, included with the stay, is a wonderful plus with plenty of options to start the day.
